At a 6% rate, the pension shortfall is increased $34.6 billion, not the $9.6 billion liabiility shown in the most recent report. And that's on top of the $118 billion OPEBs that are MASSIVELY under-funded. @standardpoor @MoodysInvSvc @assuredguaranty -are you paying attention?
