With the US looking to cut Ukrainian aid, Ukraine needs your now more than ever. We procure lifesaving equipment for those on the frontlines defending their homeland against a brutal invasion. Can you help us?

Not ideal, but who cares? Unless they decide to carve up the world but even then next US president will give back Greenland, Russia still can’t take Donbas, and Taiwan with drones is like a hornets nest…so screw it. Let the 3 old men talk about organ transplants
This has been Putin's dream for years: That his country, with GDP per capita lower than Poland, unable to conquer Donbas since 2014, will be treated as an equal to the US and China.

Ultimately, energy prices will be most helped by unleashing America's domestic production - something President Trump has made great strides in doing.
Russian diesel likely won't make much of an impact - but unfortunately, it will help Putin.
Naive to think China isn’t watching and its plans to invade Taiwan don’t hinge on Russian success of invading Ukraine
I'm over Ukraine.
I have no love for Russia and believe the unconscionable invasion of Ukraine is due to Putin living in a fantasy world where he returns Russia to its “glory years.” For these reasons, and many others, I was a major supporter of aid to Ukraine for the first few years.
I still hope Ukraine hands Russia a major defeat.
However, I’m tired of Zelensky demanding the US provide unconditional support without taking our national interests into consideration.
Over the last 4.5 years Zelensky constantly demanded billions of dollars, our latest weapons systems, and security guarantees that would endanger our troops, yet continues to refuse to take our national interests into consideration.
The latest: According to Sec. Rubio, Ukraine is hitting ships carrying US oil in the Black Sea:
“We have seen strikes on energy vessels in the Black Sea. And there’s been complaints, a lot, because we have American companies calling us and saying, ‘Hey, that was our oil on that ship that was hit by Ukraine.’”
To be fair, Rubio doesn’t believe Ukraine is hitting our oil on purpose, but there is strong evidence they are hitting our oil nonetheless.
Whether these attacks are intentional or not, they are unacceptable.
Because of all this, and other factors, my position has changed from strong support for Ukraine to “it’s a European problem.”
The Russia/Ukraine war is a war between two non-NATO European nations that has limited, if any, national security ramifications for the US. Time for us to let the Europeans handle it.
No more US aid of any sort for Ukraine.
Surely Ukrainians ought to have a say in whether and at what price to defend their homeland?
Lots of Russians will kill lots of Ukrainians.
Lots of Ukrainians will kill lots of Russians.
Lots of children will cry because their dad is gone.
Lots of men will return home, seem very different, and shoot their brains out.
Lots of other awful things will happen too. Ukraine won’t defeat Russia (and Russia probably won’t defeat Ukraine), but people like Garry will be able to say they were on The Right Side of History, and for them that’s enough to make it all worthwhile.
I thought yandex data center was down?
It was a remarkably stupid idea to push Russia into this war. Russia was minding its own business and delivering cheap energy to Europe. Its only real demand was that a hostile military alliance not expand into its former sphere.
The consequences of ignoring that were entirely predictable to anyone with basic intelligence.
This is the simple truth.
Tillis on Patriot Missiles: I want to know who in the government is saying no to those transfers. This is not even taking it from our inventories. This is allowing it to be transferred from other European nations. Whoever that person is has the blood on their hands every bit as much as Vladimir Putin.

‼️🇺🇦 Budanov: "Dobropillya is under the control of Ukraine, so there is no talk of any capture of the city by Russian troops"
Kyrylo Budanov said that the commander of the Center group of forces is disinforming the Russian president and setting unrealistic tasks for his subordinates in order to report on the capture of the city at any cost.
Budanov stressed that the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold their positions, and false statements will not change the situation.

Trump cuddling with Putin is stupid. American Presidents don’t spoon dictators nor war-criminals. Reagan and Eisenhower Republicans reject it.

I disagree with the Administration’s decision to waive new sanctions Congress passed to increase economic pressure on Russia.
Putin started this war, and Russia continues its brutal attacks on Ukrainian civilians and critical infrastructure. I understand the need to lower energy costs for American families. But easing sanctions makes it easier for Russia to fund its war, with little evidence that Americans will see meaningful savings.
I support efforts to bring this war to an end. But a lasting peace requires accountability, and we should not ease pressure on Russia without meaningful concessions in return.
I hope the Administration reconsiders.

“The Ukrainians are not going to fold. They're not going to surrender. You can cut off their Patriots, you can cut off their intelligence. But people don't like to live on their knees. Ukrainians are not going to give up their territory because doing so would condemn all the people in that territory to torture, rape and murder. So it's not going to happen.”
“So what President Trump has actually done is he's undermined his own objective, to get to a quick resolution of the war, which I think he really wants, by pursuing a strategy which is to lower pressure on Putin and to raise pressure on Ukraine, which is going to achieve the opposite result.”
“So, it's not going to work, because you can't choose a country's fate without including that country and its people. 44 million people who have a right to dignity and sovereignty and a say over how they live. And none of those people want to live under the cruel rule of Vladimir Putin, no matter what President Trump thinks about it.”
“And then you add the fact that Trump is actively aiding Putin, by promoting a narrative of the war that is false, exactly matches Russian propaganda, and places Zelensky in a terrible position where he's got to either decide to live in Trump's reality, which is a bunch of lies about how the war started and how how it's going, or to defend his people and do his job as the president of the country.”
“You add all those things together, it's a perfect storm of toxicity whereby the president is putting America on the side of the aggressor and the war criminals and against the side of the victims of this conflict. And it's bizarre. And there's no way to to look at that and to say that's anything that America has ever stood for in the past. Yet, here we are.”
“And the result is very predictable and predicted. He's going to get a lot of Ukrainians killed without actually solving the problem. And that's a tragedy.”

Same arrogant nonsense that led Putin to believe that this was going to be a 3 day war. Putin and Trump can play board games dividing the world all they want, but that’s not going to lead to any different outcome for Putin. He’s got himself a stalemate that Trump can’t help him with.
