Happy National IT Professionals Day to everyone shaping, building, and maintaining human-centered technology! Your work matters. “Can you fix my TV? What about my fridge or phone?” 📱📺 If you’re in tech, you’ve heard this a hundred times. While we laugh it off, it actually points to something bigger: technology is deeply personal. Back in my days at the School of IT in @UC_CECH , it was constantly drummed into our ears that Information Technology isn’t just about systems. It’s the interplay of people, processes, and technology, where people always come first. That lesson stuck with me. My baseline has always been simple: design tech and policy that serve humans first. #techforgood #phd
