The last 2 times I joined companies with existing teams, I shared this document. It goes through how I work as a person. I try to be upfront about my own limits and biases.
I did not invent such a format, but I don't see it enough IMO.

CTO, a bullshit title?
A member of my team asked about wether going to a business event was part of my job as CTO. You can fit whatever you want behind this title, so here's my take on what it means and how I navigate it.

The app I work on generates ~30K PDFs a day (rendered from HTML).
Currently it's using a very erratic and resource-heavy puppeteer microservice for that.
There's got to be a better way to do it in 2024, right?

Nous sortons aujourd'hui carbonbombs.org, une plateforme révélant les liens entre les 425 plus grands projets d'extraction fossile du monde et les entreprises et banques impliquées. Un travail @eclaircies_co et @DataForGood_FR👇
Just found out about linen.dev/, is this finally what small communities have been waiting for? With the downfall of Reddit, the rise of chat-based communities & the limitation from Slack & Discord... An SEO-ready melting pot of all of the above sounds exciting.
UI feels barebone but from the marketing website, I'm guessing it's on purpose. I kinda dig it. Who needs custom colours? Certainly not a color-blind like myself 😎
