South Korea is setting the regulatory blueprint for tokenized securities. 🇰🇷
On October 1, the Financial Services Commission proposed rules covering tokenized stocks, bonds, funds and fractional investments, with implementation targeted for February 4, 2027.
The framework includes distributed-ledger safeguards, issuer capital requirements and investor protections.
