Through this deep dive and the over a million court cases we have combed through, we have launched an American First Index (AFI) for the site. (More on it as we improve the metrics and refine deeper.)
Out of 58 sitting foreign-born Article III judges, 43 were appointed by Biden or Obama. Among those drawn from ACLU and public defender pipelines, border enforcement is blocked over 80% of the time and 60% of criminal sentences fall below federal guidelines.
We have added an interactive tool on bench receipts that allows you to drill down and look at how each of these judges behave on the bench.
This is just the start. The federal judges are easier to identify than the state level judges. I assume there are 100s if not 1000+ foreign born or first-gen American on our benches.
They do not judge on our laws, they judge on the culture they came from. This is a huge reason our country has lost its identity.

In 1961, Ray Kroc paid the two brothers who created McDonald’s $1.35 million for their company.
They reportedly left one thing out of the contract: a 1% royalty on every future McDonald’s sale.
Kroc told Dick and Mac McDonald that investors would never finance the deal if the royalty appeared on paper. He offered to honor it with a handshake instead.
The brothers took the cheque. They shook hands. The royalty never came.
Kroc later explained why buying the kitchen system was not enough. He needed the name McDonald’s because it sounded “like America.”
That name became one of the most valuable brands on earth.
The brothers did not just sell a restaurant chain. They gave up their name, their future royalty stream, and the right to use McDonald’s on their own original location.
A handshake closed the deal.
The missing clause decided who became a billionaire.
