With over 21000 requests now we're answering our most frequently asked question: ❓Question: I submitted a Supply Crate request. Where is my Supply Crate? ➡️Answer: We have now received over 21,000 Supply Crate requests. That number will increase by the end of the year. We are a small team and as a charity our funding is dependent on donations. As such, we’re only able to send out ~200-250 Supply Crates a year. It is very likely you will not receive a Supply Crate anytime soon. Please be patient with us as we continue processing requests.

Today's Supply Crate is very short and sweet. Joshua's section in the Air Force requested a Supply Crate so they could share some gaming together, as they're all gamers and nerds. "We are section composed of many different AFSCs but at our core are all gamers and nerds." Thanks to the American Legion Auxiliary for sponsoring this gaming care package! stackup.org/post/supply-crat…

❓Question: I didn’t catch the email to send photos to so I could finish my request. What was the email? ➡️Answer: The email is [email protected]. If you do not submit your photos showing a proof of service, your request will not be considered. Try not to send graphic images as your request when filled will be shared with a sponsor. Please also avoid sending inappropriate photos as that is an automatic disqualification.

❓Question: I just submitted my request. How long until I receive a Supply Crate? ➡️Answer: We have been experiencing a surge of requests in the past two months due to unsolicited attention online. As a result, we now have over 17,000 Supply Crate requests. Due to funding, manpower, and console supply, we can only fill ~200 a year. At the current rate, it could be several decades unless we receive a big $25million+ donation.
