My post congratulating the new CDS who also happens to also be the first woman to become a 4 leaf General led to a torrent of toxic and stupid posts and it gives us a small glimpse of what women have to put up with online. A few elements really bothered me. 1/4

One of the most remarkable & heartbreaking war stories I was ever told by a Veteran during my public life was the story of the Barnard brothers who landed together on Juno Beach on #DDay. A🧵 1/8

Sustainable forest management can not only help mitigate the impacts of #ClimateChange but also, the challenges created by more frequent, larger scale #wildfires.

Trees harvested from Canada’s forests continue to store carbon, and that’s where building with wood comes into play. By building schools, hospitals, and city centres with wood – we can move the carbon capture potential of our forests into our cities:

Saddened to learn about the passing of Matthew Perry, one of Ottawa’s proudest sons and 𝑡ℎ𝑒 biggest hockey fan ♥️ 🕊️
Hi @netflix,
I think it's time to introduce the next generation to the wit and brilliance that was, Chandler Bing.

The only thing funnier than the famously hilarious pivot scene is the blooper take of the famously hilarious pivot scene🛋️
Matthew Perry was the best Friend of them all💔
#RIP #MatthewPerry #ChandlerBing
When I was in high school, I had such a huge crush on #MatthewPerry that my friends nicknamed me Bing. It stuck and is still my social media handle.
Rest in peace to the man who brought so much laughter into our homes every Thursday night.
Excited to be here and hear more about how we can unlock the economic power of #NaturalClimateSolutions!
We’re thrilled to see so many key leaders, partners, and stakeholders in one room to discuss the economic power of #NaturalClimateSolutions at this evening’s #OttCity reception co-hosted with @natureunited_ca.
Seems poignant for me to be attending @ISS_SSICanada AGM today. We envision a world where the rights of children & families are protected, defended and supported.
Today, we reflect on the experiences of Indigenous Peoples and commit to advancing reconciliation in Canada.
Today, Canada commemorates the painful history of #FirstNations communities on #NationalDayofTruthandReconciliation.
Let us acknowledge our national #history, honour the memory of missing Aboriginal #children and #survivors, and work for #reconciliation 🧡🪶
