A portion of Raydium's revenue comes from trading fees, with the rest going to liquidity providers (LP Fees). 12% of all trading fees programmatically buy $RAY. If there are $100m in swap fees, Raydium collects $12m to buy back $RAY. The buyback ratio is the amount of revenue used to buy $RAY divided by the operating cashflow. In Q2, 72.% of all protocol revenue went to $RAY buybacks.

I’ve long argued that memecoins were the stress test, and @solana's trading infrastructure would rerate as RWA activity grew. And now we are already starting to see that play out with @Raydium's revenue Tokenized assets beat memes in quarterly swap revenue for the first time in our dataset. Q3: $2.66M versus $2.05M, or 45% versus 35%.

Tokenized-equity spot volume on @solana hit a new monthly high in September. $4.35B traded, 3.4x August and 24% above the prior record. Liquidity begets liquidity, as the deepest market becomes the easiest place to launch the next asset. I expect this trend to continue
