I like the idea and motivation, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired, as it seems rather anachronistic in a few ways. We have illustrations that are extant of what it looked like; the 4th century was more developed than this, as others have already pointed out on here.

Father is right that Ordinatio Sacerdotalis contains "tenende" truth, not "credende" truth. This means that one who rejects it, is according to canon law, "opposed to the doctrine of the Catholic Church." That is not the same as the crime of the heresy, Father is right. But it does have canonical consequences, and moral ones, and spiritual ones, and at least potentially eternal ones.

Catholic theology does not accept penal substitutionary atonement, as far as I can see, insofar as I assume that model of atonement depends upon a forensic/extrinsic model of justification. Biblical language about satisfaction, substitution, and so forth we admit.l and accept.

PSA involves a courtroom framework where Christ satisfies the broken Law by bearing the legal punishment due to sinners. Because the righteousness that satisfies this legal debt belongs entirely to Christ, God must justify the believer by imputing merit to the sinner.

The Catholic/Orthodox sees justification as a real ontological renewal where God's grace transforms the soul. This framework requires rejecting PSA because a purely external legal declaration would be a fiction if the soul is not intrinsically changed.

Does not seem plausible to me that the Church lacks the authority/power to suppress 'immemorial, ancient' rites. While I concede it cannot be done lightly, and the Pope alone is not the best agent, I can imagine a representative ecumenical Council deciding such a question.
Did the Church have authority for the Eastern episcopate with the patriarchate of Constantinople to suppress the rites of Jerusalem and Alexandria throughout the Empire? These rites were quite ancient, preserving an immemorial inheritance that was distinct from the Byzantine.

Today we celebrate the 100th World Mission Day. Let us think of how much missionary history has unfolded over these one hundred years! Let us #PrayTogether that the Church may always remain faithful to the mandate of the Risen Lord. Go into all the world and proclaim the good news to the whole creation.

Mission Sunday: "I am God; there is no other." Our world has blood of the children, poor, and defenseless on its hands, and yet demands we refrain from moral condemnation, worshipping at its feet as if this is 'tolerance.' There is no God but the true God; no salvation outside.

My cheeky response would be "Why not both?" My actual response is most non-religious people simply don't understand vices of clergy well enough to represent them correctly. They play on inaccurate tropes, usually outdated. Few in the US today become Catholic clergy for money.

Even in the past, very 'Machivellian' clergy that wanted power and money were still much more solidly religious than contemporary media often grant them credit for. They often thought it was true, but thought they had some cheat code or whatever to skirt certain moral strictures.

Putin doesn’t want peace. Putin wants Ukraine. Enough is enough. President Trump should rescind the diesel deal with Russia and use the Lindsey Graham Sanctioning Russia Act to impose harsh sanctions on nations purchasing Russian energy, work with our allies to ensure Ukraine has the military support it needs to repel and defeat this Russian invasion once and for all. He who lives in heresy through ignorance for which he is not himself to blame is not a heretic in the sight of God. Thus those who are brought up in Protestantism, and have no opportunity of obtaining sufficient instruction in the Catholic religion, are not heretics in the sight of God, for in them there is no obstinate denial or doubt of the truth. They are no more heretics than the man who takes the property of another unwittingly is a thief. Rev. Francis Spirago, The Roman Catechism Explained 1.7.1.a

I am not unfamiliar with the teachings of the Fathers, and the great doctors, nor of the Councils and the recent Roman Pontiffs. Yet, I cannot share in your pessimism, nor in the framing you propose for the current situation.

The 'natural language' version of the proof is given on footnote 21: "Suppose for the sake of contradiction that the Filioque clause is not true, i.e., (1) assume that “the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and the Son” is false." Etc.
