Thank you @LaBohemeLymm for the very generous donation of turkey, stuffing & gravy for our City Mission Christmas meal at Werneth Grange yesterday. All guests truly grateful and wowed by the flavours 🙏🎄🍗👌 (we have to admit we couldn’t match your presentation though!)
If you can chip in a few pounds to help get this fundraiser over the finishing line, that would be amazing!
Very chuffed to have finished today’s @ManchesterHalf with a #PB today and loving my finisher’s medal - brilliantly organised event and there’s still time to support our #fundraiser and help us reach that target justgiving.com/page/stmark-r…
This weekend one of our trustees is running the #Mcrhalf in aid of our Rwanda eye-care appeal - wishing you a great run 🏃♀️ and please give generously all of you out there 🙏🏽
Heading into a big weekend as this Sunday I will be running the @ManchesterHalf marathon in aid of an inspirational sight-saving project in #Rwanda @StMarkUniversal Every pound donated is life changing so please do support as you can justgiving.com/page/stmark-r…
Thank you for a very special evening and a wonderful message. Honoured to have you as our charity’s patron.
Lovely to gather for a reflection on “The Church in the World” arranged by @StMarkUniversal
“Just as God loves and wants us with Him, He likewise wants us to cherish each other and the world, and demonstrate that same love for the world in a very real and tangible way”
Huge thanks to #PlattsSolicitors in Oldham for their generous donation to our #SharedMeal food parcels 🤍 We really appreciate the help for this valuable service
Great to have them here and some lively discussion enjoyed by all!
Very good to see our @CopticDiocese @UK_COAT #apologetics team at #WernethGrange with @StMarkUniversal discussing Creation and Evolution.
“Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you” 1Ti4:16
An honour to host your eminence at Werneth Grange today and grateful to everyone who came to share in this very special day.
A joy to start my #1000MileHolyWeek with #LazarusSaturday Liturgy at @StMarkUniversal Youth Centre in #GreaterManchester
Message as we start #HolyWeek:
Be certain in your Faith as you ask God for whatever you want, but also be certain of His love for you in whatever you receive.
It was a gourmet soup kitchen for our Thursday night Shared Meal, thanks to this generously donated carrot, coriander & ginger soup, along with other treats, courtesy of @LaBohemeLymm - it was delicious and we’ve been asked to pass on compliments to the chef! Thank you!
Incredibly thankful to our patron @BishopAngaelos for hosting a thoughtful and inspiring evening and for all your support and encouragement throughout 2022. Praying for a happy and fruitful new year for all.
Preparing for #NewYear with @StMarkUniversal and @Fr_Joshua_T thoughts on New Beginnings
With this new start, I need to turn:
🔹When? to Now
🔹Intention to action
🔹My whole heart to the Lord
Until you give up the idea that happiness is elsewhere, it will never be where we are.
Very grateful to your team’s inspirational support when it came to setting up City Mission North and looking forward to serving Christmas dinner to those in need at Werneth Grange in a few hours’ time.
Such an inspiring evening at our wonderful @CopticYouthUK Coptic City Mission ministry, serving some of the victims of homelessness in London. So thankful for the incredible generations of young people who have so faithfully provided this service for the past twenty-one years.
Thursday night shared meals will be continuing at Werneth Grange on Grange Avenue throughout the festive period 🎄🤶🏻 Please help spread the word #Oldham #foodbanks
Joining the nation in honouring the life, love and service of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and offering condolences to @RoyalFamily
Appreciate being with @BenBrownBBC on @BBC #RoyalFuneral coverage earlier today.
For the Late #QueenElizabethII, her Faith was the factor that allowed her to reach out to everyone across our four Nations, the Commonwealth and the world; providing a means of gracious engagement.
Thanks to our incredible team of volunteers who supported #Shared #CityMission yesterday. We spent a beautiful evening with the very special people who came along. Please keep spreading the word! #Oldham #support #Homeless #lonely #community
