#bellringing @StGilesSheldon Our special practice tonight to ring Minimus methods with tenor behind. Many had not rung methods on 4 before. PB4, Single Court 4, Reverse Court 4 and St Nicholas. Really happy it was a useful practice. @SMGuild1755

#bellringing Welcomed a visitor to ringing tonight who made our numbers up to six. Plenty of doubles and minor and we all agreed - the best ringing down for a long time! 🔔@StGilesSheldon

The remains of the morning, still and quiet,
bathed in the splendour of this marvellous light.
His light: His peace: His glory.

#bellringing Only five of us for Sunday Service this morning. Some well-stuck PB minimus with tenor behind at St Giles, Sheldon. It took @cottrell_frank and myself back to the days when we had only 4 bells! 🔔

We got through the first lockdown together and together we can get through this one too. 🐘
Now more than ever, we need to find ways to connect with each other and inspire hope for the future and for our planet. #Lockdown2

"I thought I did blinch a little at first," said Piglet.
"You only blinched inside," said Pooh, "and that's the bravest way for a Very Small Animal not to blinch." Piglet sighed with happiness, and began to think about himself. He was BRAVE..." ~A.A.Milne #Lockdown2

Things may feel dark and uncertain but still we have the light of Christ to illumine our path, gladden our hearts and still our minds.
The light of Christ.
Thanks be to God.
