I've been a @netflix subscriber for well over 10 years and yesterday had my account hacked. I contacted support by phone and had an awful time trying to sort things out. The agent repeatedly getting my email wrong so I gave up and tried online chat. This was worse...

They said the account was flagged due to suspicious activity and failed log in attempts & sent me numerous links to fix it. None worked. They then said no one at Netflix can help and I'd have to go through my bank for subscription refund and set up a new account. Thanks @netflix

I haven't been happy with content for some time and, I feel this is the catalyst to simply get rid of @netflix The hack on my account affected a few different services, all of which were resolved quickly... but not in this case.
