Looking for some advice. Last week I injured my ankle and after an x-ray they have informed me I have a stable (weber A) ankle fracture. They did not however give me any information on recovery just that they would not need to see me again @OrthopedicsNJ @orthoped
@scottishautism I am looking for some advice.
I work in an EYC and support children with autism, currently I have a child who has this month started showing an interest in drawing, fantastic 😀....
He is becoming fixated on an idea in his head and when we can't draw it or due to other commitments as unfortunately he does not have 1-1 this can lead to longer periods of disregulation and trickier days...

My vote is in. Being support staff in schools, it is vital that we fight for what we deserve, we are underpaid and being stretched in all directions, teachers fought for theirs, and NOW it is our turn.
