🚨🗣️ 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Harry Kane on the Ballon d’Or: "It’s COMPLICATED... I’ve never liked talking too much about myself." "But it’s true that reaching 73 goals, by the way, the 2nd-highest figure in history, SPEAKS FOR ITSELF." "The only thing I would say is that last season was incredible, on a personal and team level. It was, by far, the BEST SEASON of my life." "But the Ballon d’Or is NOT in my hands. It depends on the people who vote. From my point of view, last season is already in the past." "Now I’m focused on this one and I’m looking forward to seeing what else I can do. I know there will be a lot of talk about the Ballon d’Or until October, because it is a big award."

🚨💣 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐋𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐕𝐄: Harry Kane is NOT planning to publicly campaign or promote himself to win the 2026 Ballon d’Or, despite finishing the season with more goals and assists than any other contender. Those around Harry Kane say this reflects the way he has approached his entire career: putting the TEAM before individual recognition and allowing his performances on the pitch to speak for themselves. Kane is extremely proud to be in contention for the biggest individual award in football, but has no intention of changing his humble approach or making a public case for why he deserves to win. His focus remains on Bayern Munich and helping the team win trophies, not convincing people to vote for him.
