once again I want to say how much I value indie art created for the love of it. even if, maybe ESPECIALLY if, it doesn't "make sense" financially. even if there's barely an audience. so much mainstream media now is unabashed slop that doesn't even feel human, let alone personal.

Muppet History was a creep and it’s awful hearing about all the women he harassed.
As someone who was on muppet forums in high school, having some random guy gatekeep your niche interest and act like the arbiter of Muppets was so fucking weird
Just turn around and run because not only is that some pathetic shit but engaging just feeds into their mindset. Then they start to think they really are important and it becomes about them not the community or the work itself. Nobody owns liking something.
So yeah if you are looking for Muppet fixes I recommend @ToughPigs and @MuppetWiki they’re all about building a community and celebrating the work
