Newsome meets with the Australian Ambassador and speaks to other foreign representatives at the United Nations because they don't know him. So they may listen.

Maybe Gavin Newsom can meet with the CA Assembly Republicans instead, and explain the illegal spending by the CA High-Speed Rail Authority’s private consultants. Or explain the Medi-Cal and welfare fraud going to illegal aliens. He could stay in California and start there.
