Saturday saw us welcome Sandon Royals Res to Arun Park and the visitors took the 3 points as they came away 3-1 winners. A game that was largely dominated by us, a lack of quality in front of goal meant it wasn’t to be. We go again next week where we face Shenfield A. #UTF

⚽️MATCHDAY⚽️ Today we take the trip to @fc_mayland, for our seventh pre season friendly of this campaign. Another fixture against opposition in a higher league will provide a strong test as we move ever close to the start of the season. #UTF

Two games in quick succession saw us face two Mid-Essex Prem sides in @huttonfc ‘A’ and @blackmore1st. Two very promising performances and plenty of positives to take into the new season. Thanks to both sides for hosting and best of luck for the season ahead. #UTF

A midweek fixture against The Rodings ended in a 2-2 draw. A squad full of new faces and plenty of talent on display, another satisfying pre season friendly for the side. Thanks to @Highrodingfc for hosting and best of luck for the season🤝. #UTF

A 3-1 win for our side today against a good side. Lots of rotation, versatility and a strong footballing display meaning it was a very positive day for the side. Thanks to @silverendunited and best of luck for the season. #UTF

Our second pre season fixture ended in a 4-1 defeat to Mid-Essex Prem side South Woodham Ferrers United. Another competitive fixture and more minutes in the tank for the lads as we prepare for the new season. #UTF
