3 ATMs in a row = No Deposits accepted 1- Black Screen 1- says no Deposits 1- screen doesn't offer Deposit option. What is going on?

@OptimumHelp #Optimum I knew something sketchy was happening. I never received a phone call and the tech was a no show, I waited all day... Now, tech claims to have been here & that I have "no ports". Well, I have video. No one came here or checked that pole. No calls. @FCC

I wondered if Optimum internet will even call me after they kept me waiting and didn't show for our appointment yesterday.... Nope! I used their recommended CHAT and they kept me waiting too until they brushed me off in 5 messages in 30 secs. #OPTIMUM

@OptimumHelp #Optimum recieved a message my tech was "on his way" at 1:30pm. It's now 4:48pm, so that was not true. Online chat agent kept having me wait 2 minutes. Then she told me in 5 rapid fire texts that i should call a phone number and byebye. Not a good way to start.

They want everybody else to be on public transit while they ride around in luxury SUVs. They hate my new ride- 1965 and so Newsom can't touch it.

@Samsung @SamsungMobile @SamsungMobileUS @SamsungUS I noticed your rep told me my warranty was valid (as the phone was only 3 months old) and that last message said it was valid as well. So, why CHARGE me $250 for an obviously defective black screen phone? O$ repairs:
