While he'll always be linked to MVP contention, what else from an individual standpoint does Wemby want to accomplish for the #Spurs this season? At least, which of those goals would he like to state publicly? On the eve of the #NBA reg season, gave it a shot ⬇️ Vic's answer...

The #Spurs 3 guards play the final 3:33 of the 1H together. Easily their best stint Steph found Harp on a cross court pass for a bucket Dyl w/that monstrous put back dunk De'Aaron w/the 3 right before the H Vic also a lot more involved. In the lane in a couple of different ways

Offense better in the #Spurs second stint with the three guards. Fox getting in the lane led to several good looks in addition to that thunderous dunk. Like the first stint, De'Aaron the first to get subbed out this time.

Everyone who spent Victor Wembanyama's rookie year screaming to 'just throw it up high to the really tall guy' would be very proud of these last two #Spurs offensive possessions of the first quarter...

Of the 3 #Spurs guards, De'Aaron is the first to be subbed out (Carter Bryant first sub in). Comes at the 6:57 mark of the 1st quarter. SA scored 3 points over those first 5 minutes. They were in transition more than they were in the half court. Tough shooting and clunky offense.

First observation regarding Steph, Fox and Harp starting together: Dylan is in the 'Julian spot' in terms of where he starts offensively. He's in the corner while Castle handles and Fox stays around the three-point line Defensively, Victor offsetting what the #Spurs give up size

At the Frost Bank Center… Suns star Devin Booker wraps up his pregame work ahead of tonight’s game at the #Spurs
