I get trying to have confidence in your offense by going for it on 4th and short, but with a backup QB and in easier field goal range, I felt like taking the 3 points there might've been the better option for #Pitt.

Unpopular opinion: Geriner wasn’t great but also not the reason Pitt lost, Narduzzi not kicking FG multiple times on day you have backup QB making first ever start is the reason for the loss.

If #Pitt takes the reasonable field goals on either of their 4th and 2 failures, the Panthers might have a 23-21 lead right now.

Bad time to bring this up, but if Pitt had kicked the field goal at the end of the first half, they would have only been down by 1 and they could have kicked a field goal then.
