Imo the reality is AI will be buying & selling most cards in a couple years. I think when enough people are running ai bots daily it will bring the entire card market to equilibrium where it will be almost impossible to get a margin. Remember eBay is doing extended bidding too

It's a lot more convoluted than OP makes its out to be. There is no real edge outside of volume. Training the AI is the easy part. There's just not much of an edge unless you do the identification yourself which ruins the use case of an AI buying and flipping inventory for arbitrage.

He uses AI just to scan listings, pull comps from sales data, and generate a CSV of item IDs + max bids (e.g. 80% of recent averages, filtered by player/grade/seller). Then uploads that file to a regular eBay sniping service like Gixen. Gixen is an authorized app that places the proxy bid in the final seconds. Sniping itself has long been allowed under eBay rules, so no AI agent or unauthorized bot is touching the actual bid.
