Congratulations to Roger Lipe — the inaugural recipient of the Sport. Faith. Life. Award at the 4GCSC — honoring his unwavering dedication and impactful contributions to the field of sport ministry.
Here are some of his thoughts and reflections on the award and sports ministry:
With the 4th Global Congress and Sport and Christianity now wrapped up, Chad and Brian reflect on what an exciting and constructive experience this was.
We thank all those who made it possible, outline the future of Sport. Faith. Life. and set out sights on Vancouver 2028! 🇨🇦

Lots of people helped make the 4th Global Congress on Sport and Christianity a success.
But the crew with me here deserves a major shoutout. For 5 days they served in countless ways behind the scenes. They made it possible for attendees to share, connect, and learn.
Grateful 🙏

This past weekend honored to present at the 4th Global Congress on Sport & Christianity with my TCU FCA brothers @ColemanMaxwell and @Mitchell_Traver.
We shared a theological argument for the ministry of presence—why showing up changes lives.
Thanks to Dr. Paul Putz for leading a powerful conference!
