Drying shrooms: Get them as dry as possible to slow: - growth of decomposer microorganisms - activity of enzymes that break down actives The test is cracker dry i.e. they snap without bending. If in doubt, dry them out (even if pre-dried). Your best bet is a food dehydrator.

Storing shrooms: Keep them dry! Oxygen is secondary concern if we limit enzyme activity converting psilocybin to psilocin in first place. The best option is vacuum sealing. A cheap, effective alternative is an airtight container w/ dessicant to absorb water from air & shroom.
