The good news is that a new application has been submitted and is currently under review. Current Application Status: Previous Application: NFA-IA-0138-2026-C-0138-2026 — Rejected New Application: NFA-IA-0194-2026-C-0194-2026 Last Updated: October 15, 2026 Current Status: Under Categorization The new application is now going through MARN's categorization process, which will help determine the next regulatory steps required for the project. Víctor has confirmed that he has continued following up with the relevant authorities, reviewing the previous observations, updating documentation, and monitoring the new application. Although the process has taken longer than initially anticipated, the local team has continued working to address the regulatory requirements and move the project forward. I've attached a screenshot from the government platform showing both applications and their respective statuses for reference. We will continue monitoring the process and share additional updates as soon as we receive a response from MARN." I believe this is getting sorted out and had to do with the failed uploaded documents. They sumbitted a new application. New partnership announcement & why it matters 📷 we’ve aligned in principle with Vera International on a structured Tranche 1 partnership focused on Regulatory & Commercial Operability for Block 1. It’s milestone-based and designed to convert the project into fully legally operable, inspection-backed commercial production. This significantly strengthens our validation phase and institutional readiness heading into steady-state performance. Now in English 📷 This partnership will prevent future delays on any zoning and permitting. We tried to do it by ourselves to save money and lost sooooo much time because of it. NEVER AGAIN...
