If you get caught on the "disable 2 cop flashlights with a blackout" you need to use it on Loomis when he's by himself from behind. Unless its patched today, this is the only way I was able to get this to work

Thanks to @Bubberoni21 making me aware of this, if you ever spawn in as killer and your arm gets all weird, its high probability a cheater also loaded in.
The new Huntress Iron Maiden cosmetic visually is pretty cool but the audio that this skin emits tickles my brain in the worst way possible
