@OpenserveZA @TelkomZA for the second time this year we are without Internet and no one has bothered to tell us what is going on! Our work is affected, our kids can't get into class!!! And the amazing thing is that when you expect us to pay you will forget all this!!!

We really need to find a way to take these people to court for food reparations and money lost because they choose to be useless. Every 2 days, there's a problem with the power stations that were not "noticed" other times. Useless engineers and technicians alike.
What is happening in Highland Street?!!! We have been without power now for 24hrs and no explanation?!!! This is totally unacceptable!!

Northriding Substation: Precision distributor tripped on cable fault. The team is on site busy with repairs.
ETR hasn't been established as yet.
Northriding Substation: Boundary Park distributor tripped on overload, operators will balance and monitor the load. Power will be gradually restored until the load subsides.
Houtkoppen Substation: Bellairs drive distributor tripped, investigations will be conducted.
Brynorth Substation, affecting Bryan Park and surrounding areas.
Operators will attend to these outages after the current loadshedding slot (20h00 - 22h30).
