Today, Claudino is celebrating his 5 year Spokesiversary! Claudino is our Development Lead, and an incredibly talented member of our team. We know how lucky we are to have him, and can't believe how quickly the past 5 years have gone by!

We're in! We've made it to our new office and already feel right at home. We've got boxes to unpack and some finishing touches to make, but we love our new space and can't wait to show you the finished look!

A couple of weeks ago, we shared a poll to find out whether people prefer working in the office everyday, fully remotely, or a combination of the two. The results had a clear favourite - hybrid working is the overwhelming preference for our audience!

Thank you to all the team at Spokes Education for providing me with the opportunity to participate in my work placement at their office this week! My time with the team has been enjoyable, as they were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Over the past week, I have learnt so much!

Next week we're excited to have a work experience student joining us as part of their school careers week. We think work experience is a hugely valuable opportunity for any young person, and can't wait to have them on board!

As an e-learning agency, we're hugely passionate about digital learning. While in person learning can be a great way to deliver training, there are a wealth of benefits that come with online learning: flexibility, portability, accessibility and convenience to name a few!

Today is Helen Keller Day, a day dedicated to celebrating the life of the incredible Helen Keller. We're thrilled to be working on a project with Helen Keller International at the moment, and getting an insight into the amazing work that they do across the world.

Friday is National Flexible Working Day - something we're incredibly passionate about at Spokes! We've offered all of our staff fully flexible working since day one. This includes employees working remotely, working abroad, and choosing the hours that suit them!

In honour of #NationalBiscuitDay, the Spokes team have been voting to determine the ultimate King of Biscuits! After several rounds of voting and 24 contenders, the chocolate hobnob took the crown! Do you agree with our winner?

This week is #LearningAtWorkWeek, and as an e-learning company, we're huge advocates for creating time for learning in the workplace. We create learning courses for organisations all over the world, while offering a range of L&D opportunities for our own team too!

How do you approach the hiring process? We've always hired on an attitude first basis. Relevant skills and experience are great, but we're firm believers that many of these things can be taught, and look for the right personality and attitude above all else.
