What's easy doesn't lead to success.
What's convenient doesn't lead to winning.
What's comfortable doesn't lead to championships.
If you want to separate yourself from the competition,
DO THE HARD,
INCONVENIENT, and
UNCOMFORTABLE THINGS
on a regular basis.

Navy SEALs have a saying.
You may find it helpful.
When something sucks, they look at each other and say:
"FULL BENEFIT"
It’s an instant mindset shift.
• Hiking and it starts pouring rain?
• Driving and your car breaks down?
• Working on a project and lost a draft?
FULL BENEFIT.

LESSON: Adversity is an opportunity
The message is simple.
Every adversity is an opportunity.
• To grow
• To learn
• To evolve
• To get stronger
• To become better
These moments forge us if we let them.
The next time you're facing something hard, welcome it.
Work through the process.
Learn the lessons.
Reap the full benefit.

I absolutely love everything about this! Even in the NFL, authentic coaching is about relationships. Seeing your players succeed is why we do it. So good!!

Don’t let negativity win today. Remember it starts with you. If you are complaining you’re not leading. If you are leading you’re not complaining. One person can’t make a team but one person can break a team. Stay positive! No energy vampires allowed.
