Day 365, my last day, asking Tesla to accept Bitcoin again. Long-time Tesla shareholder, Model Y owner, and Bitcoin advocate here. @elonmusk has said Bitcoin is energy money — and that Tesla would resume BTC payments once mining hit ~50% clean energy. We’re there. @Square accepts Bitcoin for millions of merchants @Tesla owns BTC @SpaceX owns BTC @X is working with El Salvador, where Bitcoin is legal tender El Salvador buys 1 BTC per day, with help from @maxkeiser So what’s the holdup? If Tesla believes in: Energy realism Long-term thinking A post-labor transition that still respects scarcity Then accepting Bitcoin again isn’t symbolic — it’s consistent.

$TSLA why do I get the sense that algorithms are working overtime to get TSLA shareholders to switch over to SPCX? Seen many influencers pronounce the swap. The narratives are all bullish SPCX and indifferent or bitter to holding TSLA. This merger narrative definitely stinks of deception. I couldn’t ask for a better overall contrarian play right now for TSLA leading into 2027 just as cybercab is about to scale.

Elon Musk to donate one @SpaceX share to ~72 million kids in America in 2027, currently valued at $10.5 billion, presumably through Trump Accounts. Every kid in America will then have a direct stake in a company whose mission is the most ambitious in human history: to make life multi-plantary 🚀
Next year, I will give one of my SpaceX shares to every kid in America. This will be the first of many.

Chapter 4 — A Shareholder Society - Why Not Just Tax the Rich? It's the first thing everyone reaches for: the rich have the money, so tax it and hand it out. This episode takes that instinct completely seriously — then shows, two separate ways, why it fails. The wealth you're angry about isn't income, so the income tax sails right past it; even the legendary 91% top tax rate was a number almost no one actually paid. And even if you could seize every dollar, the entire combined fortune of every American billionaire covers roughly one year of the federal deficit. If you can't get people a stake by taking one, the only real option is to build one. open.spotify.com/episode/3Ek…

Extramarital affairs; wife filed for divorce in 2025 citing adultery. 2024 Dubai NYE party with girlfriend and two then-fugitives facing fraud charges (one a donor). Why isn't oil at $200? Because "someone" keeps dumping oil futures all night long, and the CFTC refuses to look into it. Heck, even when it's clear-cut insider trading, the CFTC has been told to "back off," and they did. bloomberg.com/news/features/…
Replying to @chrismartenson
If you could, is there a good tl;dr version of why the hell oil isn´t at $200 already? Not keeping up with the day to day any longer, but given the number of moving parts currently obfuscating the view, a better vantage point would be much appreciated. 🫣

From @ChuckGrassley Dear Axel: Thank you for taking the time to contact me. As your senator, it is important that I hear from you. I appreciate hearing about your concerns regarding recent reports that a Russian oligarch paid for Donald Trump Jr.’s wedding party as a personal gift. It is my understanding that on September 18, 2026, when asked about the gift during an event in the Oval Office, President Trump stated that Donald Trump Jr. has or will repay the gift. Further, according to public reporting, Donald Trump Jr. repaid the wedding party gift. While members of the President's family are private citizens and are not subject to the same gift rules as the President or their administration, it is important to hold elected officials and their families to a high standard of transparency and ethics. That’s why I’ve conducted oversight over the executive branch during every presidency during my time serving in Congress, including during the past Biden and Trump administrations. In fact, you may or may not know that during my bipartisan investigation into the Russia hoax, it was widely reported that Mr. Trump Jr. gave hours of congressional testimony in response to my oversight. I never hesitate to express my disagreements with the president when I believe there is something I could add to the discussion. In fact, I have publicly spoken of my disagreements with every president I have served with and I have also been able to find common ground with each of these presidents. During this 119th Congress, my focus remains on passing meaningful legislation that benefits Iowa and the nation as a whole. I will be sure to monitor this issue, and appreciate having the benefit of your thoughts in mind. Thank you again for taking the time to contact me. Sincerely, Chuck Grassley United States Senator My reply Subject: Follow-up: one standard for the Bidens, another for the Trumps? Dear Senator Grassley, Thank you for your response to my earlier message about the Russian oligarch who funded Donald Trump Jr.'s wedding celebrations. I appreciate the reply, but it stated as settled fact something that isn't, it sidestepped what I actually asked, and it's hard to square with your own record. First, the facts of your letter. You wrote that Donald Trump Jr. repaid the gift. That claim surfaced only AFTER ProPublica exposed the payments — the president mentioned it in the Oval Office on September 18, and Kremlev himself claimed it in October. No one has produced any proof, and the only people vouching for it have an obvious reason to. A repayment no one mentioned until the story broke, and that still hasn't been documented, shouldn't be repeated by my senator as fact. And even if the money was returned, it doesn't answer my concern. The access a member of Putin's inner circle bought — days of intimate contact with the family of a sitting president — already happened. A check written after you're caught doesn't undo it. You answered none of my actual questions: Will you support a counterintelligence review? Will you press the Justice Department to explain why it won't investigate? "He's a private citizen" dodges the national-security issue entirely. What I can't reconcile is your reply against your own record. In July 2023, you personally released an FBI FD-1023 form alleging that Joe and Hunter Biden took millions in bribes — a document the FBI itself called raw, unverified informant reporting. You released it over the Justice Department's objections, gave floor speeches, and accused the FBI of hiding it from the American people. The conduct it described allegedly occurred while Biden was vice president or out of office — never while he was president. And the informant behind it, Alexander Smirnov, was later charged with fabricating the entire story, with prosecutors stating he had contacts with Russian intelligence officials who helped pass it.

So you treated unverified, ultimately fabricated, Russian-sourced allegations about a man who held no office at the time as urgent enough to put into the public record yourself. Now, presented with documented payments — acknowledged by the family — from an actual Putin ally to the sitting president's son and closest adviser, your response is that you'll "monitor the issue." You cannot claim there's no proven crime yet, because that standard plainly did not govern how you handled the Bidens. And this isn't abstract or in the past. On October 9, the administration announced a deal for Russia to supply hundreds of thousands of tons of diesel to the U.S. — estimated to send roughly $400 million to Moscow — immediately after Congress passed and the president signed a law sanctioning other countries for buying Russian oil and gas. We tariffed India for exactly that. Senators from your own party have already said this runs directly counter to that law. I'd like plain answers to three questions: - Will you call for a counterintelligence review of the Kremlev relationship, and press the DOJ to explain its refusal to investigate? - Do you support the administration's Russian diesel deal? - Given how aggressively you pursued unproven allegations against the Bidens, why the different standard here? I'd genuinely like to know where you stand. Thank you.

If Democrats take both chambers, here’s what happens on day one. Trump pardons himself, his family, and everyone within 250 feet of the Oval Office. Not out of loyalty, but because he needs them not to testify. Then he tries to make $20 billion on the way out, while calling the affordability crisis a hoax. Here’s the paradox: as he gets worse, he becomes less powerful, and that makes him more dangerous. The people around him are already doing the math. They’re not going to jail for this guy. It ends in darkness for Donald Trump and a brighter horizon for America. From my conversation with @NicolleDWallace at @92ndStreetY

ARMED TROOPS AT AN ACTIVE BALLOT DROP BOX. WHO ORDERED THIS? Federal law prohibits troops at election sites, including ballot boxes. Voter intimidation there is illegal.
