A new survey of over 2,000 UK #homeowners has found that more than half have experienced serious problems with indoor air quality (#IAQ) and poor #ventilation leading to condensation, mould, and damp.
Addressing the issue, the Building Engineering Services Association (@BESAGroup) and #MitsubishiElectric (@meuk_les) have launched the ‘Mould and Damp Prevention in New and Existing Homes’ Guide during BESA’s sixth Annual Conference.

For markets that happen every week.
Traders connect safely to fixed power points instead of running cables across pedestrian routes. It's simpler for organisers and safer for everyone walking through.

Designed to disappear into the paving.
Recessed tops can take the surrounding surface material, so when a unit is lowered it blends into the ground around it.

A busy high street in 1960s London. Classic red Routemasters, an orderly queue at the bus stop with a policeman keeping a watchful eye, lovely old cars driving by, and people going about their day. A wonderful film of England in the 1960s.

No generators. No trailing cables. Just power, built in.

The space stays clear until the event begins.
A square, a courtyard or a campus can go back to being a place to walk through, with the power already in place underneath for market day or festival season.

Power where it's needed. Out of sight when it's not.
Pop Up Power units sit flush with the ground until they're needed, then rise to give a safe, secure supply. When the event is over, they disappear again.
