Tonight I implemented the tax system on my kids video game

He has to clean his room, take a shower, get dressed for bed and then brush his teeth
Depending on how long it takes he gets the remainder of the time to play his video game
It took 24 minutes
So he landed on 75
I gave him 7.5 minutes on his Nintendo Switch
No way I was giving him 75 minutes... it is too late... get your ass to bed!

As a society we really have to really learn to celebrate people instead of tearing them down - weβd all be happier.
Anyone thatβs ever been bullied on this app for how they look/who they are (me included) knows that you put on a brave face outwardly so the trolls donβt βwinβ, but inside and behind closed doors it leaves you feeling completely broken. It is lasting trauma and if youβre knowingly inflicting this on other humans youβre a very shit person.
