SovereignBlocks v2 is officially live.π¨β‘οΈ
A ground-up redesign engineered to make PulseChain staking transparent, checkable, and effortless:
β’ Guided Staking: Four simple steps from keys to checkout
β’ True Non Custodial Security: Validator keys generated in your browser; your withdrawal address stays yours
β’ Unified Dashboard: Real-time validator status, payouts, extensions, and exits in one view
β’ Live Telemetry: On-chain block-builder performance tracked directly against the network
Your validator. Our block builder. Verifiably better.
Set, Forget and Collect : sovereignblocks.io
We created SovereignBlocks to address several key issues we saw on our chain:
1. Missed Blocks:
A high rate of missed blocks makes the chain feel sluggish and degrades UX.
2. Value Extraction vs. Value Retention:
By our calculations, roughly 7 figures of MEV profit gets pulled off chain every year. Our bet was simple: if we distribute that revenue across more operators, far more of it stays on chain, primarily via PLS staking. Stabilizing and supporting PLS value ultimately helps every coin on the chain appreciate.
To achieve this, we had to drastically lower the technical barrier to entry without sacrificing the non-custodial design that eliminates counterparty risk: no CLIs, no Python setups - just click a few buttons to generate and download your keys. To align incentives, our bare-metal infrastructure is funded via a flat upfront fee plus 25% of block rewards (40% if not using an affiliate link), with alot of our fee going towards gas costs to swap PLS for the users selected block reward token.
3. Ecosystem Support:
We introduced affiliate rewards because we know how expensive it is to maintain free, high-value apps on PulseChain. This gives builders with no monetization model an easy plug-and-play revenue stream so we can continue to use the apps we all enjoy.
Our Block Builder Rule:
Using validator block ordering to market make (balancing pools post-trade) and reward stakers creates real economic value for the ecosystem.
Using block ordering to sandwich users and push them to max slippage is predatory - it is toxic MEV that amounts to market manipulation and would be outright illegal in traditional financial markets.
SovereignBlocks V2 is dropping in just a few days. Shortly after that: Validator NFTs (enabling trading/transferring validators without ever spinning them down) and Validator Pools for fractional validator ownership, to help users scale up faster.
The future is bright. #PulseChain

Hereβs a first look at the redesigned SovereignBlocks V2 web experience, rebuilt from the ground up with streamlined UX and deep telemetry:
π Live Performance Telemetry:
Real-time on chain outperformance charts, complete shadow blocks built down to the transaction level, for every block.
π 100% Non-Custodial Architecture:
Keys are generated directly in your browser and stay yours withdrawal credentials lock strictly to your wallet.
π° Dashboard rebuild:
Manage, view performance, extend and start new validators in a few clicks.
Coming soonπ§±
First look at the brand new SovereignBlocks V2 dashboard. β‘οΈ
Weβve completely rebuilt the web experience from the ground up to deliver crystal clear telemetry and 100% non custodial node management:
π Multi-Token Reward Telemetry: Live tracking for native PLS block rewards alongside token payouts (eHEX, pDAI, and more).
β³ Lifecycle & Status Oversight: Real time visibility into active nodes, queue states, term countdowns, and 1 click extensions.
π¨ Validator NFTs (SOON): Nearing completion! non-custodial - withdrawal address is hardcoded directly to the NFT for sovereign, liquid ownership. If you hold the nft, you hold the underlying PLS!
π Validator Pools (SOON): Rolling out right behind NFTs, non-custodial collective staking.
- Ladder up faster by not having to drop a full 32M pls on a validator.
- Sell your pool positions once you have enough for a full classic validator or NFT!
Bare-metal performance. Zero custodial risk. π

What if you could maintain 100% self-custody of your validators without ever generating or managing validator keys, using the exact wallet address you already use? ππ
Introducing SovereignBlocks Validator NFTs:
πΉ Zero Key Management: Mint the NFT directly from your standard wallet. No CLI commands, no deposit files, no keystores to back up.
πΉ Self-Sovereign Ownership: Withdrawal rights are tied directly to the smart contract NFT. You hold the NFT, you hold the validator.
πΉ Liquid Principal: Need capital without waiting on network exit queues? Trade or transfer your active validator NFT on secondary markets anytime.
πΉ 1-Click Yield & Full Exit: Claim accrued MEV and block rewards via your dashboard whenever you want, or call the "break" function to burn the NFT and trigger a full 32M PLS beacon chain withdrawal.
100% self custodial. Zero technical friction. π§±π₯

When volume surges on #PulseChain, custom block building proves its value. β‘οΈ
Big buys today created a wave of high fee transactions, and our custom block builder captured that extra value with precision:
π +765.10% Peak Outperformance
π° 326.3M+ PLS Peak Yield (25-slot window)
π +51.67% Avg Outperformance (across 215k+ blocks)
Standard network validators left millions of PLS in fee value on the table. SovereignBlocks routes it straight to stakers.
The telemetry speaks for itself. π§±π₯
Block rewards will be KEY on the way up!

HTTP traffic drops 30%... but validator consensus doesn't miss a beat.
Block production never sleeps. π§±
Yesterday's solar eclipse didn't just block the sun β it put a dent in Internet traffic. In Iceland, Spain, and Portugal, HTTP requests dropped up to 30% right at peak totality. Not a network issue. Just millions of people stepping outside to look up. cfl.re/4gwgQE8
Final stretch of testing is officially underway... β‘οΈ
Pushing the ceiling on validator yield. π
We're currently finalizing test runs for MEV-boosted block building on @SovereignBlocks.
By extracting arbitrage and swap routing value directly inside our custom block engine, SovereignBlocks validators will soon see a significant leap in block reward outperformance.
Bare metal hardware + MEV extraction + 100% non-custodial keys.
Building better blocks, one day at a time. π§±π₯
This scaffolding theory hits the nail on the head.
At launch, we were given what we needed. #PulseChain practices the original core purpose of crypto: self-sovereignty.
Today, we take the lessons learned and push them further. Our community is already used to the tools required, what looks like a "scary" IPFS URL to outsiders is recognized as an extra layer of security to us.
Low entry costs allow regular people to participate in consensus. Every day we take steps in the right direction, moving forward with lessons taught and learned.
π Not your keys, not your crypto.
π Not your keys, not your validators.
Our goal is simple: make consensus participation effortless and continue to push the ceiling of maximum rewards.
The higher the rewards, the stronger the incentive to stake, bolstering the entire ecosystem from the ground up.
Building better blocks, one day at a time.
The settlement layer stays. The tech stack levels up. π₯
A PulseChain theory I've been thinking about...
I think a lot of people are judging the original PulseChain infrastructure as if it was supposed to be the finished product.
I don't think it ever was.
I think it was scaffolding.
Hear me out.
When PulseChain launched, it needed four things to exist on day one:
β’ Validators so blocks could be produced.
β’ A bridge so capital could enter the ecosystem.
β’ PulseX so assets had somewhere to trade.
β’ High INC emissions to incentivize liquidity.
Without those four things, there is no ecosystem.
Remember the bridge during launch?π€
It was taking days to complete transactions because demand was overwhelming it. People initiated a bridge on Monday and sometimes didn't receive funds until Friday.
That wasn't because the idea failed.
It was because the chain had just been born.
Then something interesting happened.
Community members began standing up validators.
The original bootstrap validators became unnecessary.
Those validators were shut down and the PLS was burned instead of remaining in circulation. A complete act of benevolence by the RH team.
The network transitioned from bootstrap infrastructure to community infrastructure.
Now look at INC.
At launch, emissions were extremely generous because PulseX needed liquidity.
That incentive worked.
Liquidity providers supplied capital, markets formed, and the DEX became functional.
Then emissions were gradually reduced.
Less inflation.
Less incentive driven liquidity.
Potentially less sell pressure from newly issued INC.
To me, that looks like another bootstrap mechanism being dialed back as the ecosystem matured.
Now fast forward to today.
We have projects like @zkxwallet and @InternetMoneyio with built in security, privacy integrations, and a far more polished user experience.
We have @LibertySwapFi making cross chain movement dramatically easier and aggregators like @piteasio finding you the best route.
We have new V3 liquidity solutions that didn't exist at launch.
Here's my speculation.
What if PulseX was never meant to be the final user experience?
What if it was designed to become the economic engine underneath everything else?
Modern wallets...
Modern bridges...
Aggregators...
Privacy tools...
V3 interfaces...
...all routing activity into the same underlying liquidity layer.
In other words:
The front end evolves.
The settlement layer stays.
People keep saying:
"PulseX sucks."
"The bridge sucks."
Maybe we're asking the wrong question....
Maybe those products accomplished exactly what they were supposed to accomplish.
Bootstrap the ecosystem.
Everything we're seeing now feels less like replacing PulseChain's original infrastructure and more like building mature products on top of it.
Just like you remove the scaffolding after a building is complete not because the scaffolding failed, but because it succeeded.
One final thought.
Richard Heart once said there were multiple teams working on PulseChain.
I have no evidence about who is behind today's upgraded ecosystem projects or how they're organized, so I'm not making any claims there.
But I do wonder if what we're seeing is the next stage of the architecture finally coming online.
Maybe we've spent the last four years judging the scaffolding...
...instead of looking at the building.
Curious what everyone else thinks.
