Big opportunity to help shape the future of Martyn’s Law regulation The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is inviting organisations expected to be within scope of Martyn’s Law (The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025), and those with an interest in the legislation, to review and comment on its draft guidance. To support the consultation, the SIA is hosting a webinar for NTIA members on 8th June at 12:00pm, providing an overview of the draft guidance and highlighting the key questions where industry feedback is needed. With Martyn’s Law expected to come into force in Spring 2027, this is a valuable opportunity to understand how the SIA intends to regulate and, importantly, to help shape the guidance before it is finalised. 📅 8th June | 12:00pm 🔗 Register here: buff.ly/cUBMawd #MartynsLaw #ProtectDuty #SIA #NTIA #SecurityIndustry #CounterTerrorism #EventSafety
