One of my favourite quotes from the session (and there’s more -🧵) from @jess_oddy - ‘most scholarship that seeks to decolonise aid is not being generated by people who are at the margins, but instead by those who are part of the academic or NGO apparatus.’

Jess Oddy @jess_oddy emphasized the need to make research and publications more accessible to refugee communities in the South. The essence of research is to also co-produce and circulate knowledge and solutions. So the refugees, not only policymakers should have access to these.
