Did you know ancient India had ‘Rudaalis?’ a group of ladies who would help you weep & cry! Because they knew crying is therapeutic and is the best way to self-soothe. . This is a phenomenon to heal ourselves. Not just Women but more so our Men 🙏🏽❤️
