Removing filters was never on the table. The improved user interface is continuing to receive some tweaks and updates before it is fully rolled out.

We are not removing the Created date - this is part of an experiment to improve search engine results for experience updates.

I helped with that project. Spent way too much time making the pages look nice on Firefox due to subtle styling issues. The roller coaster page was the undisputed champion for years. Nothing could beat it.
