Your attention has a budget, even if you never write it down. Look at where it went today. That ledger says more about the reality you are rehearsing than the things you say you want.
Awareness → Acceptance → Intention → Action → Patience. The five steps are a loop. Find where you are today. Work that step honestly. Then keep moving.
Grief can scramble the map. A Beginner’s Guide moves through denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance, and purpose. I wrote it for the moments when purpose feels gone but attention is still available. amazon.com/dp/B0H7R9KFZH
What is one moment from your past that made no sense until years later? What changed when that dot finally connected?

It’s not about what you do. It’s about being aware of what you do. The action matters. Awareness lets you see the pattern you are feeding while you act. That is where choice starts to come back.

I built GOAT RV to give people a place to practice remote viewing. Start with a target ID, record your impressions, lock the session, then reveal the image and compare. Become Your Own Psychic - Learn Remote Viewing with GOAT RV youtu.be/9hXF-4JylW0?si=_g29… via @YouTube

There's a difference between being aware of the news and being emotionally invested in it. Notice what comes up in you, and try directing that energy toward something you want to manifest in your own life. They Are Harvesting Your Energy... “You is where you is.” I wrote that ten years ago in Manual for the Soul. The second edition is live, The Path of the Sourcerer is live, and The Grand Show just joined them. Three doors into the same work. 1/5

Reading can give you an insight. Practice shows you whether it holds up. Pay attention. Test the ideas against your own life. Keep what survives contact. Then decide what you’re gonna do about it. 5/5

I call everyday reality “this place.” It's not supposed to be easy, and that's part of why I prefer it. In this video I talk about challenge, change, and why awareness and acceptance matter when life pushes back. What do you think? youtu.be/wCoknJFNoVc

"It's all about me" sounds selfish. But I am the center of my universe, and you are the center of yours. Seeing that can make us more aware of our own reactions and more understanding of everyone else's. It's All About Me (And That's the Point) youtu.be/xDVLjS9wxuk?si=hbwQ…

Most of what we call "mine" is temporary: the body, the house, even the consciousness we claim as ours. Awareness is different. It is the place where choice begins. "It's not about what you do.
