True story:
I attended the Public Enemy/Athrax concert at the George C. Wallace memorial auditorium on the campus of the University of Alabama as a fan of Primus.
Dude must of been rolling in his grave.
During the PE set, Flava Flav pointed straight at me in the balcony and said, "Get up white boy and dance!"
Literally can't make this stuff up.
I intend to take his advice.

In the future people will ask, "where were you when you saw the Tesla Roadster product demo?"
The future is bright.
A parliament of Barred Owls has started to gather around the farm. There's probably a good half dozen as of last evening.
The strong cold front will probably bring a few more in later this tonight.
The last time this happened I thought that I might be hallucinating. I could hear at least twenty at the peak of the parliament. Had to ask my housemate if she heard them too.
"Yeah I hear them," she replied "why are there dozens?"
"I have no idea, but it sounds like a debate that would make members of house of commons blush. And, thanks because I was starting to wonder if it was real," said I.
After a few days observing the phenomenon, I saw a Great Horned Owl arrive late one evening. It perched high in a white pine, said it's piece in a much more complex language, and the barred Owls went silent and bailed.
It was if it arrived making a final proclamation thus ending debate.
There's probably an apex predator aspect here and my interpretation biased projection.
However, there is a language and complex communication.
It's not just tye dolphins folks.
And, maybe, just maybe we're not as smart or wise as we would like to believe.
