Six eco friendly plots in Danbury. Three of the plots are currently being decorated and have the Nilan Compact P heating system installed. This system, combined with the excellent insulation and air tightness of the dwellings, will help end users keep their heating costs down.

Works are progressing fast at this development in Essex. An eco-friendly and low carbon dwelling. Works are being undertaken by Eco Home Tec Ltd with the overall goal to produce a low energy usage dwelling using glulam frame, timber structure and energy efficient heating systems.

Construction has started on six new energy efficient homes in Danbury. The construction techniques being used for this project will result in great U-values and inexpensive heating costs.

We are working on a full refurbishment of the Maritime Inn in Brixham, due to be completed and back open by the end of 2020👍
