La tappa, con partenza e arrivo a Şile e circa 150 chilometri di gara, presentava un percorso particolarmente nervoso. Dopo una prima parte selettiva, che ha scremato il gruppo, la corsa si è decisa con una volata a ranghi ridotti. Grazie a un grande lavoro di squadra, il Team è riuscito a rimanere sempre nelle posizioni di testa e a presentarsi al meglio nel finale. Nello sprint conclusivo, Michele Gazzoli ha conquistato una splendida seconda posizione, precedendo il compagno di squadra Matteo Regnanti, terzo. After a selective first part that reduced the group, the race was ultimately decided in a reduced bunch sprint. Thanks to a great team effort, the squad managed to stay at the front throughout the key moments of the race and put itself in the best possible position for the finale. In the final sprint, Gazzoli claimed an excellent second place, just ahead of teammate Regnanti, who finished third. Balmer tried several times to make a move and, with around 10 kilometres to go, managed to join a group of approximately fifteen riders. With little cooperation among the attackers, one kilometre from the finish, on the toughest section of the finale, the Swiss rider decided to attack, with only three other riders able to follow him. Il team, diretto da Serge Parsani, ha gestito al meglio i 142 km di gara, disputati su un circuito cittadino da ripetere 15 volte a Panama City. Nel finale, con il ritmo sempre più alto, la squadra ha lavorato con grande compattezza per portare Rajovic nelle condizioni ideali per lo sprint.
