Are they running the latest software? Yes, that's good.
Are they in different data centres to others?
Are they are a smaller validator like @GenesysGo or @ShinobiSystems? That's a pro.
1/2 Hey everyone, in case you missed it, we’ve just given Solstake.io quite the facelift!
Our designers and devs have done an amazing job of making Solstake prettier and more user friendly than ever! So a big thanks to them on the massive effort! 👏

1/ 2 📢 PRODUCT UPDATE:
People often ask 'how much will I earn when staking $SOL?' It's a very valid question (😉).
Well ask no more as we are now displaying validator APYs when selecting who to stake with thanks to the amazing stakeview.app
2/2 stakeview.app is a great place to learn more about what's going on with @solana validator returns and we're super excited to bring that data to you on solstake.io.
Check it out now and let us know what you think!

1/2 Congratulation to the first fork of @SolstakeIO , @SteakingIO , what a surprise! It doesn't quite yet have all the features of Solstake. But it should get there in a few months...
Keep up the good work, you really deserve the @solana seazon honorable mention!
