It was a pleasure to welcome @edokeefe to tour the #DCTemple with us. In coming weeks, we hope tens of thousands will take the opportunity to tour this beautiful building. dctemple.org
For decades the towering marble edifice at our nation's capital has posed a mystery to those outside the faith. Now, after a major renovation, a public open house will welcome all to visit a building dedicated to reverence and contemplation.

The promise at Easter and always is that, in and through Jesus Christ, we can become our best version of ourselves, and our most precious relationships can continue into eternity. #BecauseofHim

I started checking this email 4 years ago. So I decided to finish checking it for April Fools'. It is checked.

So many awesome new features coming to HomePod, a device they’ve already discontinued. I don’t understand.
HomePod to Gain Support For Apple Music Lossless Audio in Future Software Update macrumors.com/2021/05/22/hom… by @samifathi
Super excited for lossless. H1 Betas headphones included is interesting. Are they getting spatial audio in videos, too? Not sure about the long term adoption, though. Past attempts at higher quality, surround home audio have failed. Not positive this will be different.

Terrible name. But hopefully that doesn’t… matter. 😎

Apple leaves families in the lurch again. 🤦♂️ 2+ years since they were essentially finished and we don’t get family sharing as an option on launch.

reminder: Apple is not preventing anyone from doing anything, they are simply telling them to ask permission to track and to disclose what data is collected.

Can't play any animal sound. Failed for emu and platypus, just reading descriptions from Wikipedia (which is nice, but not a sound). Also, depending on how you ask for fox you may get a "What Does the Fox Say" response, otherwise it gives random types of foxes—arctic, red, etc.

I hope it's still good enough for Apple to keep it around for at least one more year so I can have one for my next upgrade.

Star Wars Detours is a terrific animated show that was produced nearly a decade ago and sadly has never seen the light of day. But somebody just leaked an episode (shh!) if you want to see me and @AndyRichter as a pair of bounty-hunting...um...flies? bit.ly/3llKVGP
I #GiveThanks for the self-respect and self-esteem I have that comes from knowing who I am as a son of a living, loving God who knows me, knows my name, what I'm going through, and has the power and willingness to tell me and help me with any struggles.
Maybe trite, and I'm aware I may be privileged in this, but I'm thankful for technology especially in pandemic times. Entertainment, communication, work can continue in ways otherwise impossible. Through technology my life's been relatively unaffected by the pandemic. #GiveThanks
I'm so thankful for my wife and kids. I have no idea what I'd do without them. And I'm thankful for the promise of eternal families, that I have a chance to have and be with them for eternity. #GiveThanks
My TCL TV got the Roku 9.4 update last night. Hooray for native #HomeKit. One less thing in homebridge.
