Excel Copilot helps you in the flow you're already in. One of the more powerful examples is writing formulas. We've done a lot of work to make this unobtrusive: when you type =, it scans the semantics of the workbook and suggests a formula that fits.
In this example, it understands the pay rules well enough to write both the regular and overtime formulas, then creates a list of everyone who earned overtime.
