After announcing he’ll remove restrictions on banker’s pay, the Chancellor says that 120,000 more people on Universal Credit must "take active steps to seek more and better-paid work, or face having their benefits reduced". Brutal, structural violence against women +children.

The final showdown starts @19:15 "I've never seen a forecast so light an unpredictable for a race. We could see some serious separation in the fleet, so there is still a huge amount to play for in the overall rankings. My top-10 objective remains, but it's not going to be easy..

Suspense until the very end after a complicated but exhilarating 3rd stage of the @LaSolitaire_51e.
Elation and exhaustion with the sailors giving it everything to climb ⬆️ the ranking. They’ve still got another stage left, time to dig deep 💪🏻

Honey waffles got breakfast onboard @LeytonFrance as we sail by Guernsey. Good night reaping the rewards of yesterday’s investment south west. Currently in the lead but the weather is anything but straight forward from here on in. So not getting carried away.

Sunrise onboard @LeytonFrance. Got through the difficult 6 hour beat in good shape last night and into the English Channel in the top ten. Then I tacked too early this morning (worries about light winds on the coast which didn’t happen!) and that’s cost me quite a few miles.
