Just wanted to thank everyone with there comments and interaction on the post I made yesterday. Lots of comments and DM's. It's great to know I'm not the only one feeling this way. I think we need more of this on this platform. It's why I got on here originally..
I don't know if I'm just getting old and running out of steam, not as comfortable with debt, scared, wiser.. (probably not wiser) or just getting burnt out, but I find myself indecisive and reluctant to spend extra cash and take on any more risk.. 5 years ago if I wanted a new combine, expand or built a shop, it took no time to find what I wanted and get it done then move on to the next thing. It's weird how when you are pushing forward and building the farm up it seems easier than trying to just maintain it... Anyone else feel like this or go through it. Only 48 and have decent amount of runway left, so I know I need to keep pushing..
Bit of the white stuff overnight.. at least I won't feel guilty about taking the day off.. went for a parts run down to Hussar then over to Linden and back home yesterday afternoon, only saw a couple combines and a few fields left.. a lot of crop came off in this area the last 3 weeks! Hopefully everyone with crop out gets there window to get it off 🤞🤞

Omg that’s meeeeeee!!! 🤩 still excited about my #P69155PCE grain corn field. I’m planning to have a day in the field when the combine gets into it! Comment below if you want to be on the list for the details ⬇️
When @Crocus_Ag started with Pioneer®, there wasn't a single acre of grain corn in
her territory. Today, growers are embracing new opportunities and helping shape what's next. That's the power of trust, relationships, and progress.

Well we got er beat yesterday...2 people not in the pic that make up our crew.. Peas and barley were shit. Oats okay. Triticale and canola decent considering the land and June.. and very happy with the wheat.. for varieties this year it was husky's, McMurphy's, Chrome's, carvers, arburgs, stampeder, Hague, Fraser, Sirish, Wheatland, westking, Walsh, Walker, 341, 1540, 1530, 901 and a couple others.. definitely tired of cleaning harvest equipment.. Glad 2026 is in the bin and look forward to making some changes in 2027.. Dad hasn't been able to run combine like he usually does, but he got honours of picking up the last swaths.
As I was sitting beside him, chatting and watching him. It kinda hit me life is like a field swathed at an angle.. you got some nice long passes in the middle but as you get to the end those "swaths" shorten up pretty fast.... Happy harvesting to those that are still rolling! Hopefully the weather cooperates for ya
Couple good ones from this mornings sunrise.. the husky autonomous mower sure saved my ass this fall... Ha.
Happy harvesting to those still out there banging away.. going to be a good one today, time to get after it!
She's been a push and put a heck of a dent in it the last 16 days.. and can see the end now.. (one final clean out) so time to enjoy a beauty of evening and relax a little with the crew and family that makes it happen.. without them this farm is nothing. Never forget why we all bust our asses

Stumbled across this one today.. seems like a Life time since I heard it last..🤘
Reached the point in harvest where I think I'm funnier than I am.. at least the girlfriend knows what I'm thinking about out here.. ha. moved back to the main farm, avoided the header police..
Home stretch Baby! And damn I love this tune, such a frick'N good movie.
Working on the Wheatland today. Running out nice and still looking good.. even got a different position today and proving I still got it!
Sure hope the header police don't bust me today... (Our "special" neighbors handle).. transport is fck'd so we have to..
Night before last we left the farm. Lead combine pulling a header and rear combine packing a head. Made it 1.5 miles before the header police cut in front of my buddy driving the combine with the header. Parks in front of him, climbs the ladder and opens the door (probably expecting me) so he's a bit thrown off.. proceeded to give my friend an education on how dangerous it is to move with the header on "you should have a pilot and why didn't you take the header off"
My buddies reply as he points "we can't, it's got no wheels, and you cut behind the pilot combine in a big hurry, see all the flashing lights" cause I was parked on the other side of the intersection about a 1/2 mile up..
The header police doesn't say another word, down the ladder, into his truck and leaves.. probably best it was my buddy and not me..I'm tired and my patience are low... he knows we rarely move with headers on, he was just looking for a fight... Stay safe all, and try to have patience for the other guy, even if he's being an a*$hole...
Reached the point in harvest where the wheels start coming off I guess... Of course it had to be the rear combine and header roading home last night... One of my buddies dads always said "1 hr of daylight is 2 at night" so true! Probably be moving with the heads on for the rest of harvest... Sorry for any inconvenience..
Winds up and looking to be another solid one. Skeleton crew today, but we'll make it count. Time to push play and get after it
Finally done the itchy scratchy crops and onto some wheat.. working on the AAC Walsh. Yielding and standing good. Sample looks damn nice too. 👌
Just finishing up another barley clean out and look at my phone... This is probably the 8th call or text about doing this... Can't get out of the fck'N seed business fast enough

In search of a 12.9L iveco out of a T9030 , 9050 or 9070 would also work I think.
12.9 out of a combine will not work.
Tried Gratton coulee , and combine world so far and no luck.
Any leads be much appreciated
