@JoshHalliday ref Guardian article on NHS T&T are you aware that T&T System is unable to identify multiple cases in same household so that irrespective of where individual is in self-isolation they get notified to start 14 days and are chased for every new case in household 1/2 – at Emsworth, England
@JoshHalliday we have 4 cases all tested separate dates and each had been sent a new T&T account for each other case and own and multiple chasing calls 2/2
