Just out of curiosity. Being a 3PL owner I want some feedback. Are you more comfortable or would rather send your prep to a Prep center knowing the Owner doesn’t sell on Amazon themself or it doesn’t matter to you? (In terms of protecting your leads).

These things are all very possible to be successful in. Just don’t fall into the bullshit, and focus build yourself up brick by brick.
Bro, I take pride in being fully transparent with my clients and not completely robbing them. No box fees, No inbound Fees, no hidden fees, no bullshit. Just strictly prep. Im hearing other 3PLS are just throwing whatever they want on their invoices on the low and overcharging😭.
Been running on just about 2 hours of sleep a day the past month.
