What I’ve wanted to create for a long time is finally happening. This November, 100 mothers with disabilities will come together in Lagos for the Disability-Inclusive Motherhood Summit™. A space to be seen, supported & celebrated. We’re welcoming partners in Nigeria & beyond.
Since this post in April, we’ve grown to 80+ mothers with disabilities across different disability groups.

50+ assistive devices secured
Since launch, more mums have joined us, and some now have access to a business grant. Rooting hard for them.
I love what we’re building. Hoping more mums with disabilities come to know they don’t have to do this alone.

I just got an approval for The Mum Bridge, and I am forever grateful to @funmioyatogun for telling me to start.
I applied for a programme using an idea that came from the day a nurse told me to “go and rent someone” if I couldn’t hear her when I took my son to the hospital.
Today, we got approval to implement a programme that will help reduce some of the exclusion mothers with disabilities face when accessing healthcare. I am forever grateful to @funmioyatogun thank you
