During this unsettled time in today's world, I would like to encourage each of us to "make amends" for any lingering hurts we may have caused over the years. May Day is a good time to move forward with #Kindness, #Love, #Encouragement & #Joy.
Peace & Grace to All! ♥️🙏♥️

So proud of you Emma and all the extraordinary Mothers in the Power Moms Tribe Africa. You are a role model for Greater Africa. ♥️🙏♥️

We congratulate all the team members of our first initiative, The Power Moms Tribe Africa. PMTA served as our MVP and successfully launched in 2022 in Accra, Ghana. We now have 40+ "Mothers with Children" who have graduated from the PMTA Leadership School and are creating enduring great family business ventures. Based on their early success, we are expanding to Kenya and Nigeria in 2024. Thank you Founder, Emma Akua Mantey!
♥️🙏🇬🇭🙏♥️

As we begin 2024, I recall and admire the wisdom of the Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu, who once said:
“The journey of a thousand miles begins with 1 Step.”
Very best wishes for a Happy and Healthy New Year!

If there could be a condensed version of the SME credo, that’s it. (The Grateful Dead’s late Jerry Garcia went even further than George Whalin: “You do not merely want to be the best of the best. You want to be considered the only ones who do what you do.”) #ExcellenceDividend

A frame I loved shooting, probably a bit lost on a small screen though it may get a print this one.
Hoar frosts are bloody lovely until you try and post-process all the blue light!
It is a beautiful photograph of what we cannot necessarily see. I encourage each of us to seek the truth and to break down any boundaries we may see!

That's wise advice for those of us in the Storm! ❤️

Happy Sunday, World! ❤️
Heading out for a day of possibilities as the sun rises on a frosty morning, the path ahead beckoning. It’s hard to beat the feel-goodness of a winter walk, wrapped up warm, breath clouding, footsteps crunching, knowing there’s a hot chocolate waiting at the end. #peakdistrict

The #peakdistrict snow has all but melted now, but it briefly turned our lanes and forests and hills into glittering, bright places of magic. It was impossible to resist the lure of pushing on through this little gate and following the hare prints into the winter woods.
In November 2023, I had the opportunity to present at the GROWTECH FEST 2023 at Sierra Nevada Brewery's "Big Room" in Chico, CA! It was an amazing conference, and I am grateful to Eva L. Shepherd-Nicoll, Heather Ugie, and their excellent volunteer team at ChicoSTART, for including me! They are a showcase for startups in the State of California and for enabling founders and entrepreneurs!
I spoke on "Leveraging The Power Of Servant Leadership!" I have attached a link to the video, and I look forward to continuing our ongoing partnership serving startups! As we begin 2024, I encourage leaders to self-assess how their organizations can create a positive and trusting culture while improving their business performance! 😎 Many thanks to all who have supported me on my journey to create Sol Duc Leadership! 🙏
